Licence and rights
Two different things are on this site, under two different licences, and the difference matters if you plan to reuse anything.

The part that took the review effort: literal and natural translations, functional meanings, usage contexts, the relationship analysis, and the explanations of why two sayings connect and where they stop matching.
Reuse it freely, including commercially, with credit. Attribution travels with a copied lesson result for exactly that reason — the licence is only satisfied if the credit goes where the text goes.
Quoted source material
Not ours to license
A dictionary entry, a printed collection, a manuscript reading. Each source carries its own rights disposition and its own quotation limit, recorded on the source and shown in the evidence view beside the claim it supports.
Some are cleared for reuse, some are restricted to citation of the headword and volume, and some are pending. Read the disposition on the source before quoting it.
Where publication stops
Rights are a publication gate, not a footnote. Material whose rights are unknown, pending, denied or incompatibly restricted cannot be published at all, and a record whose rights fail after publication is withdrawn rather than quietly left up.
The application itself
The licence of the source code is a separate decision and has not been made. Nothing on this page grants any right to it.
